Transtec Maintenance: immediate help in case of emergency

Transtec has unsettled many customers by applying for the protective shielding process on May 4, 2017. Until 31.07.2017 the company has time to put your business back on a stable footing. However, the latest reports from the financial world indicate that Transtec will no longer exist in this form. A bankruptcy does not seem to be averted at the moment.

For Transtec’s customers, this means that the existing contracts for services or maintenance cannot be met, which leads to considerable risks, especially for core infrastructure.

UPDATE:

According to the DGAP-Adhoc announcement on 27.07.2017 at 12:23, the Tübingen District Court opened insolvency proceedings against the assets of transtec AG. Attorney Dr. Holger Leichtle from Stuttgart was appointed insolvency administrator. The Tübingen District Court has abolished the existing self-administration due to the low prospects of a successful restructuring. It is planned that the existing customer orders will still be processed properly. CEO Mario Kuhn will remain with transtec AG for this purpose until further notice.
